Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kompensasi dan Loyalitas Karyawan di Kota Cirebon

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kompensasi dan Loyalitas Karyawan di Kota Cirebon. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), sebanyak 100 responden karyawan dari berbagai sektor di Cirebon dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompensasi (T-statistic = 16,724; p-value = 0,000) dan Loyalitas Karyawan (T-statistic = 18,757; p-value = 0,000). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan persepsi terhadap keadilan kompensasi, tetapi juga mampu menumbuhkan loyalitas karyawan dalam jangka panjang. Secara teoritis, hasil ini mendukung Path-Goal Theory yang menekankan pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam memfasilitasi kebutuhan bawahannya. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini mencakup ruang lingkup geografis yang terbatas, ukuran sampel yang kecil, dan tidak adanya variabel mediasi atau moderasi yang dianalisis. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan wilayah, menambah jumlah responden, serta mengintegrasikan variabel tambahan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih holistik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan yang mendukung peningkatan loyalitas karyawan.
