Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. The review process uses a double-blind review system. Manuscripts evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to the journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to reviewers.
The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted.
Articles are generally handled by editors within 7 working days. The appointment and initial review process by reviewers takes 7-14 working days. After acceptance by reviewers, articles are published within a maximum of 14 working days.
